These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using CalCall (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

The App provides AI-powered meal logging and nutrition analysis services. Key features include:

• Automatic nutrition analysis from meal photos
• Manual meal logging
• Visualization of nutrition balance
• Personalized nutrition advice
• Integration with health apps

2. Account Registration

• Using the App requires authentication via Apple ID or Google account.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.

3. User Obligations

You must not engage in the following activities:

• Infringing the rights of others
• Posting illegal or inappropriate content
• Unauthorized access or hacking of the App’s systems
• Unauthorized commercial use of the App
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Harassing or disturbing other users

4. Service Availability and Interruptions

• The App aims to be available 24/7/365, but may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or system failures.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions.
• We will provide advance notice for important maintenance whenever feasible.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the App’s software, design, and content belong to the operator of the App (the “Company”).
• Copyright in content you post belongs to you, but you grant the Company a license to use such content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.
• Posting content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the App, you are deemed to have reviewed and agreed to that policy.

8. Paid Features

• Paid features may be introduced in the future.
• Fees for paid features will be processed through the App Store’s billing system.
• Refunds will follow Apple’s refund policy.

9. Account Suspension and Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
• If you violate these Terms, the Company may suspend or delete your account.
• Your account may be deleted due to prolonged inactivity (we will provide prior notice).

10. Changes to the Terms

• These Terms may be updated from time to time as necessary.
• We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notice or email.
• Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
